aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A recent gender equity in coaching survey revealed that female coaches lack confidence in their coaching skills related to delivery, brushing and performance analysis.\u202f<strong><em>Project Confidence<\/em><\/strong>\u202fis intended to create a safe and welcoming environment for female coaches to learn from female coaches (National Team Program Coaches, Master Coach Developers, High-Performance Athletes). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u202fCoaches can expect to learn about the latest delivery and brushing techniques and performance analysis skills and technology aids and how to teach to athletes of all ages and stages. \u202fCoaches will have an opportunity to practice skills learned under the supervision of female facilitators.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\"
